About this policy
This policy explains how BASELINE handles personal information collected through dailybaseline.co. BASELINE is currently a pre-launch consumer brand. We do not currently offer ecommerce, customer accounts or payment processing through this website.
What we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us:
- your email address when you join the Stay Updated list; and
- your name, email address and message when you use the Contact form.
Our website and service providers may also process basic technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the site, such as your IP address, browser or device information and the time of a request.
How we collect and use information
We collect information directly from you when you submit a form. We use it to:
- send BASELINE launch news, product updates and early access information when you have signed up to receive it;
- respond to your questions or enquiries;
- manage our subscriber list; and
- operate, maintain and troubleshoot the website and its forms.
Submitting the Contact form does not add you to the Stay Updated list.
Service providers and overseas processing
We use third-party providers to run the website, store form submissions and process or deliver communications. These providers include our website and database infrastructure and Resend for email delivery. They process information on BASELINE’s behalf only where relevant to the services they provide.
Some providers, or the systems they use, may process or store information outside Australia. The countries involved may vary depending on a provider’s systems and operations.
Keeping information safe
We take reasonable practical steps to protect personal information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access, use or disclosure. These steps include limiting access to people and service providers who need the information and using access controls provided by our website and email infrastructure.
No online service is completely risk-free. We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described in this policy, including handling enquiries and maintaining an accurate subscriber list.
Access and correction
You can ask to access personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing hello@dailybaseline.co. We may need to confirm your identity before giving access or making a correction.
Marketing emails
You can unsubscribe from BASELINE marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in an email or contacting hello@dailybaseline.co. Unsubscribing will not prevent us from replying to a separate enquiry you send us.

If you have a privacy question or complaint, email hello@dailybaseline.co. Please include enough detail for us to understand the issue. We will review your message and respond as soon as reasonably practical.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as BASELINE, the website or our information-handling practices change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated date.
